Spurs are now 14th in the Premier League and have three defeats in the last four league games. Picking up points is a rarity for Southampton &#8212; they have just two wins, four draws and 24 defeats in total.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tottenham team news<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tottenham&#8217;s squad have been wiped out by injuries this season but luckily only have a few problems remaining. Centre-back Radu Dragusin is out for a long spell after having surgery on a torn ACL, while Dejan Kulusevski (ankle), Kevin Danso (hamstring) and Richarlison (leg) look to be nearing a return to action after enjoying some extra rest over the international break.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Southampton team news<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saints are still struggling with a number of absentees, with Taylor Harwood-Bellis (hamstring) and Ross Stewart (match fitness) not yet given any return dates.
