Roy Keane has selected Pep Guardiola as the Premier League’s best manager over Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel, both of whom have won the Champions League with Liverpool and Chelsea respectively.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The City boss has enjoyed unprecedented levels of success since succeeding Manuel Pellegrini in July 2016, mopping up three Premier League titles, four League Cups, an FA Cup and two Community Shields to boot, conquering the domestic game in England.<\/p>\n

The former Barcelona manager will feel confident of adding to his already impressive trophy cabinet at the Etihad this season, with his side currently first in the Premier League table after 18 games and handed a favourable third round FA Cup tie against Swindon Town.<\/p>\n\n

City’s lead at the summit of the Premier League, though, is not unassailable, with Liverpool and Chelsea both hot on the heels of the midway table-toppers. The Reds are just three points behind in second, and Chelsea only six points adrift, making for another fascinating title race.<\/p>\n

However, Manchester United legend Keane is in no doubt about which club is in the more capable hands. Guardiola, despite not winning anything in Europe with City — something Klopp and Tuchel have managed with their respective clubs in England — is considered the best in the Premier League according to Keane.<\/p>\n

“I remember we did a game last year, I didn\u2019t write off Man City but I think I said they lost their mojo,” Keane said on Sky Bet<\/em>\u2019s Driving Home for Christmas.<\/p>\n

“And then they won the league and it was like a doddle to them.<\/p>\n

“Obviously I know they put in the hard work, but they won it and United finished second but United we\u2019re never going to catch them, I\u2019d never bet against Man City now, I\u2019ve just learnt my lesson from last year.<\/p>\n

“It doesn\u2019t necessarily mean Liverpool or Chelsea can\u2019t pip them to the title, but I think Pep is the man, I look at all of the managers I think Pep is the man.”<\/p>\n

When questioned by fellow Sky Sports<\/em> pundit Micah Richards whether he considers Guardiola the best in the division, Keane replied: “I do.<\/p>\n
