The Magpies sit two points outside the top four after 22 games and have won eight of their last nine across all formats. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.squawka.com\/en\/outright-markets\/southampton-premier-league-outright-odds-squad-tactics-signings\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Southampton<\/a>, meanwhile, remain rooted to the bottom of the table and have just six points on the board as we approach February.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Alexander Isak to Score (<a href=\"\/en\/go\/bet365?q=gb-all-tcp-wof-s-spo\">10\/11 with bet365<\/a>)<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It may seem like an obvious selection to put up Alexander Isak to score against a side that has accrued just six Premier League points this season, but at 10\/11, this looks a price well worth taking. It\u2019s worth noting that other firms are considerably shorter, with William Hill going 1\/2 and BetVictor just 2\/5.<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bet365 is the firm that has the best-price on the Swedish international scoring on Saturday. Prior to the defeat against Bournemouth last week, Isak had scored in eight consecutive league matches and has 15 league goals in total this term. He\u2019s scored 13 goals in just 12 Premier League appearances against promoted sides, netting a hat-trick against Ipswich just before Christmas.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Anthony Gordon to Score &amp; Taylor Harwood-Bellis to be Carded (<a href=\"\/en\/go\/sky-bet?q=gb-all-tmp-wof-s-spo\">12\/1 with Sky Bet<\/a>)<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Southampton players have made 17 errors leading to a goal in the Premier League this season and Anthony Gordon can be the latest player to take advantage of such porous defence. Gordon has scored in three of his last five for the Magpies and should be shorter than 7\/4 in the market.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Southampton\u2019s Flynn Downes has the most yellow cards in the league this term with nine, but he is closely followed by his teammate Taylor Harwood-Bellis, who has seven. With Downes priced at 7\/4 and Harwood-Bellis at 9\/2, I feel the gap between the two in the market is too big. With seven yellows in 20 appearances and up against a tricky Newcastle backline, he looks a great proposition. Combining him to be carded with Gordon to score pays 12\/1. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.squawka.com\/en\/go\/sky-bet?q=gb-all-con-wof-s-spo\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Ross Stewart, Tyler Dibling, Jack Stephens and Kamaldeen Sulemana are all confirmed absentees.<\/p>\n<h3>Newcastle team news<\/h3>\n<p>Callum Wilson, Jamaal Lascelles and Emil Krafth are the only confirmed absentees.
