The key angle here is that Manchester United were in Europa League action on Thursday evening, and may rest several players for next the second leg next week. Newcastle have not suffered a hangover after winning the Carabao Cup and cantered past Leicester 3-0 on Monday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Newcastle have won 11 of their last 15 league games, with only Liverpool taking more points in that period. Of those 11 victories, 10 featured under 4.5 goals, and after four wins in their last five against Man United, I&#8217;ve taken the home win and under 4.5 goals at 11\/10 with Sky Bet.<\/p>\n<h3>Joelinton and Harry Maguire to be Carded (<a href=\"\/en\/go\/bet365?q=gb-all-tcp-wof-s-spo\">12\/1 with bet365<\/a>)<\/h3>\n<p>Joelinton has been a cash-cow for punters in the cards market over the last few years. In 2022\/23 he collected 12 yellows in 32 appearances and then followed that up last season with 6 in 20 outings. This campaign he already has nine league bookings in 26 matches at a healthy average of 0.37 cards per 90. He ranks in the top-10 in the division for fouls committed and can collect his tenth booking of the season.<\/p>\n<p>Completing this 12\/1 bet builder is Harry Maguire to be carded. Another avid card collector over the last few years, Maguire has only started 16 league matches this season. The Manchester United centre-back has seen yellow in six of those and is still as prone as ever to go through the back of someone. That said, the Red Devils have now lost just one of their last nine matches across all competitions &#8212; discounting penalty shootouts &#8212; and are in the quarter-finals of the Europa League, so there is still hope of salvaging success from this campaign. United travel to Nottingham Forest, host City in the Manchester derby and fly to Lyon in the Europa League before taking on Newcastle.<\/p>\n<h3>Newcastle team news<\/h3>\n<p>Jamaal Lascelles, Lewis Hall and Sven Botman are sidelined long-term, while Anthony Gordon is faces a late fitness test but is unlikely to start.<\/p>\n<h3>Man Utd team news<\/h3>\n<p>After their Europa League tie on Thursday, Man Utd&#8217;s team news is hard to predict.
