Los Angeles FC forward Carlos Vela has an offer on the table from Barcelona, according to compatriot Jonathan dos Santos.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vela was heavily linked with joining the Blaugrana on loan last January and has previously admitted a deal was “really close<\/a>“.<\/p>\n
