Five things to know&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>James Milner joined Liverpool from Man City in 2015.<\/li>\n<li>He&#8217;s since gone on to make 195 appearances in all competitions.<\/li>\n<li>Under manager&#8217;s Brendan Rodgers and Jurgen Klopp he&#8217;s been fielded in numerous positions.<\/li>\n<li>Current assistant manager Lijnders has explained how Milner was so good at the rondo training exercise that he had to up the ante.<\/li>\n<li>His current rondo regime now requires those chasing the ball to\u00a0intervene within the first six passes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"background-color: transparent; display: block; padding: 0; max-width: 700px;\" title=\"Audioboom player\" src=\"https:\/\/embeds.audioboom.com\/posts\/7437001\/embed\/v4?image_option=full\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Lijnders was initially part of Jurgen Klopp&#8217;s backroom staff before leaving Merseyside for the NEC manager&#8217;s job in his native Netherlands, though he&#8217;d last for 22 matches before returning.<\/p>\n<p>His reappointment coincided with Zeljko Buvac&#8217;s departure.
