Borussia Dortmund manager Lucien Favre has excluded Jadon Sancho from his squad to face league leaders Borussia M\u00f6nchengladbach.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 19-year-old England winger has been ever-present for BVB this season, registering six goals and creating a further six for his teammates.<\/p>\n

    “Jadon is a great kid, but he is still very young,” Michael Zorc, the Dortmund sporting director, said ahead of the game.<\/p>\n

    “The decision was not easy, but there was no other choice. The suspension is only active for today.”<\/p>\n

    Earlier this week Sancho, who joined Dortmund from Manchester City in 2017, made the final 20-man shortlist<\/a> for the prestigious Golden Boy award.<\/p>\n

    He was on international duty, having played the final 17 minutes of England’s monster 6-0 win in Bulgaria on Monday.<\/p>\n
