Athletic Bilbao forward Inaki Williams has been revealed as the fastest LaLiga player so far this season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Spanish international is known for his pace and dribbling abilities, capable of causing devastation to opponents when on the break.<\/p>\n

    It should therefore come as no surprise to see Williams top the early standings for fastest player in LaLiga, clocking a top speed of 34.37km\/h. Williams also recently made history by breaking the record for most consecutive LaLiga appearances, registering 122 since April 20, 2016.<\/p>\n

    The 25-year-old is just one of two players to reach a top speed of over 34km\/h, being joined by Osasuna forward Chimy Avila, who managed 34.01km\/h. Just missing out on the exclusive club is Real Madrid full-back Ferland Mendy, who has already managed 33.90km\/h within his first few matches for his new club.<\/p>\n

    Leganes’ Rodrigo Tarin comes in at number four with a top speed of 33.73km\/h, while Mendy’s Real Madrid team-mate Gareth Bale makes up the top five with 33.60km\/h. The Welshman has been looking to return to his best this season after failing to secure a move away from Madrid, filling in for the injured Eden Hazard.<\/p>\n
