Manchester United boss Ole Gunner Solskjaer has urged his forwards to learn how to score more “easy goals” as they bid to reclaim a place in the top four.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The former striker has plenty of attacking options but wants to his front line to become poachers and master the art of finding the net from simple situations.<\/p>\n

    United take on Wolves on Monday evening<\/a> in their second Premier League game of the campaign. They will be looking to make it two wins from two when they travel to Molineux to face Nuno Espirito Santo\u2019s men.<\/p>\n

    Solskjaer has an attacking conundrum to solve following a brilliant opening day win against Chelsea. When quizzed about his forward options the former striker was quick to praise the versatility of his players while also admitting he’d like to see them net a few simple strikes this season.<\/p>\n

    “Anthony has had spells where he has played as No.9 under Louis van Gaal and then on the left in the last few years. I think him and Marcus are capable of playing both positions,”\u00a0Solskjaer told Sky Sports<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    “Sometimes it will be Marcus through the middle and Anthony on the left – or Dan James on the left and maybe one of them on the right.<\/p>\n

    “But, of course, the goals are scored between the posts and not the ‘worldies’ that we’ve seen both of them score – Marcus and Anthony – curlers in the top corner.\u201d<\/p>\n

    “I want both of them to score the easy goals. You don’t have to work too hard to score them.”<\/p>\n
