Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang says he can’t wait to see new Arsenal signing Nicolas Pepe start alongside him and Alexandre Lacazette.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Ivorian arrived for a club-record \u00a372m from Lille over the summer and made his debut as a late substitute in the Gunners’ 1-0 win away to Newcastle in their Premier League opener on Sunday.<\/p>\n

    And Aubameyang revealed Pepe is already showing what he is capable of on the training ground, expressing his excitement to see him in Unai Emery’s starting XI.<\/p>\n

    “I\u2019m looking forward to it, because he\u2019s a really great player,” he told Arsenal’s official website<\/a>. “He\u2019s already shown in training that he\u2019s capable of doing great things with us. Hopefully, he will start soon.”<\/p>\n

    Arsenal fans are hopeful that Pepe will be deployed alongside both Aubameyang and Lacazette in the coming weeks and the Gabon international is keen to feature in what could become one of the Premier League’s most feared front lines.<\/p>\n
