Jurgen Klopp has confirmed Liverpool goalkeeper\u00a0Alisson will be sidelined\u00a0for “a couple of weeks” after sustaining an injury in the opening Premier League match of the season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Brazilian shot-stopper was forced off through injury in the Reds’ 4-1 win over Norwich City on Friday, with Adrian taking his place just before half time.<\/p>\n

    As the 26-year-old lined up to take a goal kick, his leg buckled, forcing him to hobble off in the first half, with what has since been diagnosed as a calf strain.<\/p>\n

    \u201c[It\u2019s] Not too cool. It\u2019s a calf injury which takes him obviously out for a while,\u201d Klopp told the club’s official website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
