Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has admitted the club are still looking to do business before the transfer window closes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

While most of Europe’s biggest teams will have until September 2nd to make signings, the transfer window for the Premier League shuts on August 8th – one day before the start of the new season.<\/p>\n

    About to undergo his first full season as Manchester United manager, Solskjaer has already secured the signings of Daniel James and Aaron Wan-Bissaka. But the Red Devils are being linked with several deals before next week including Harry Maguire and Paulo Dybala.<\/p>\n

    And Solskjaer has revealed he is looking to make more signings in the coming week.<\/p>\n

    “We’re looking good,” he told Sky Sports News<\/a>. “Of course we’ve been working on a few cases over the summer. It’s never easy.<\/p>\n

    “The club has been very good and the market is very hard.<\/p>\n

    “We’re trying to get to the start of the season with the squad that we want.”<\/p>\n

    Despite looking to dip into the market, Solskjaer also revealed his transfer plans have not been changed by Eric Bailly’s injury, with the centre-back set for another long spell on the sidelines.<\/p>\n

    “No, not really,” he added when asked if his plans have been affected.<\/p>\n

    “Eric was a big blow for us. He had an operation just before summer, he worked hard and now it’s the other knee.<\/p>\n

    “It is never nice when you get a bad injury but luckily the surgeon was happy with the repair and he’ll be fine when he comes back.”<\/p>\n
