Daniel Levy has freed Mauricio Pochettino to splash the cash with Tottenham Hotspur as Paulo Dybala links pick up pace.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    However, the Lilywhites have already signed Tanguy Ndombele (\u00a363m) from Lyon and Jack Clarke (\u00a311m) from Leeds United this summer, with the latter heading back to Yorkshire on loan.<\/p>\n

    And with speculation gathering that Spurs are preparing a bid for Juventus star Dybala \u2013 as well as Real Betis’ Giovani Lo Celso \u2013 Levy has opened up on a new policy of spending to now help the club on the pitch as well as off it.<\/p>\n

    He said<\/a> at an event in Shanghai: \u201cWe have embarked in recent years on two major capital projects, which I think in the long term will be of great benefit to the club.<\/p>\n
