Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has confessed the future of Leroy Sane is out of his control as Bayern Munich links\u00a0<\/strong>intensify.<\/b><\/p>\n

Sane, 23, has two years remaining on his present deal at the Etihad and is yet to commit to an extension of his contract, sparking concern in the North West.<\/p>\n

    The Bavarian giants have made no secret of their desire to lure Sane back to the Bundesliga, with manager Niko Kovac recently revealing the club’s hierarchy are doing “everything to realise this transfer”.<\/p>\n

    And while Guardiola has remained steadfast that Sane will not leave the club in the past, he has now conceded the future of his pace specialist is no longer in his hands.<\/p>\n

    Speaking after City thrashed\u00a0Hong Kong side Kitchee 6-1, in which Sane bagged a brace, Guardiola stated<\/a>:\u00a0“He did a good game, especially in the second half.<\/p>\n

    “He is a guy who we appreciate, I like him a lot.\u00a0I think he can be better. Two times, three times I said: we want him to stay.<\/p>\n

    “That’s why he has an offer to extend his contract. It’s not in our hands.\u00a0The agreement is good and if he wants to leave, I’ll be sad. Hopefully, he stays.”<\/p>\n
