Celtic boss Neil Lennon believes Arsenal target Kieran Tierney is a more “rounded” full-back than new Man Utd signing Aaron Wan-Bissaka.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Gunners have already seen two bids for Tierney reportedly rejected by the Hoops, with the latest offer said to be in the region of \u00a325m.<\/p>\n

Wan-Bissaka joined Man Utd from Crystal Palace recently for a massive \u00a350m, despite having just 42 Premier League games under his belt and no senior international caps so far.<\/p>\n

Tierney, on the other hand, has played 102 league games for Celtic, winning four Scottish Premiership titles and picking up 12 senior caps for Scotland.<\/p>\n

And Lennon believes this gives his left-back the edge over Wan-Bissaka so far.<\/p>\n

He said<\/a>: “\u00a350m for Wan-Bissaka is a lot of money and we feel that Kieran is a far more experienced and rounded full-back at this juncture in his career.”<\/p>\n

But when asked by reporters about the interest from Arsenal, Lennon was defiant in his stance that Celtic would not be “pushed over”.<\/p>\n

“He’s an asset for us and we do have a value for the player and we rate the player very highly,” he continued.<\/p>\n
