Crystal Palace need to be wary if Chelsea’s transfer ban is delayed, according to former Blues striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Chelsea are currently facing a two-window transfer ban for breaching regulations with regards to the signings and registration of international players under the age of 18.<\/p>\n

    After seeing their initial appeal rejected by Fifa, Chelsea are currently considering whether to take another appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport. At the same time, the club will be hoping to conduct transfer business while the appeal is being heard, with the squad in need of serious surgery this summer.<\/p>\n

    And Hasselbaink, who spent four years with Chelsea between 2000 and 2004, believes any delay could spell bad news for Crystal Palace.<\/p>\n
