Former Italy and Juventus manager Marcelo Lippi has hinted that the Bianconeri’s next manager could come from a Premier League club.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After winning an eighth-consecutive Serie A title, Juventus confirmed Massimiliano Allegri would be leaving the club at the end of the season with the hopes of changing their European fortunes.<\/p>\n

  4. Many high-profile managers have been linked with the Juventus role, including Mauricio Pochettino and Maurizio Sarri.<\/li>\n

    Despite Juventus’ dominance of Italy, the Old Lady are still without a Champions League trophy since 1996. In the time since, Juventus have reached the final on four occasions \u2013 including twice under Allegri \u2013 but the past two seasons have seen the Italian side knocked out in the last 16.<\/p>\n

    Though the Serie A season is not over, there is some surprise that Juventus have not already named their manager for next year. But Lippi has given a potential reason behind the delay.<\/p>\n

Well it\u2019s a difficult decision to make, but perhaps they are waiting for a certain competition to end,\u201d the former Italy boss Lippi told Tuttomercatoweb, as reported by Football Italia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Liverpool face Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League final while Chelsea take on Arsenal in the Europa League final.<\/p>\n

    Maurizio Sarri and Mauricio Pochettino have both been linked with the soon-to-be vacant Juventus role and Lippi hinted they will be under consideration.<\/p>\n

    He added: \u201cThis year the English clubs are the best in Europe, but these things go in cycles. I think Sarri has a great chance at winning the Europa League, then there is Pochettino whose family is from Piedmont.\u201d<\/p>\n
