Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has admitted he would welcome Paul Pogba to the club if the midfielder wishes to leave Manchester United.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Following a reported falling out with Jose Mourinho at the start of the season, Pogba was linked with a move away from United. However, even with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer replacing Mourinho, the Frenchman’s future continues to be in doubt.<\/p>\n

  3. But Pogba has been linked with a move away from United this season, with Real Madrid among the clubs most mentioned.<\/li>\n

    One of the clubs most linked with Pogba is Real Madrid, who look set to undergo an overhaul in the summer after a disappointing season.<\/p>\n

    And Zidane, who recently returned to Los Blancos, replacing Santiago Solari, has not ruled out Pogba one day joining the club.<\/p>\n

    “I like Pogba a lot, it’s nothing new,” he told reporters<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    “I know him personally. He’s a different kind of player, he brings so much and there are few players who bring as much as he does.<\/p>\n

    “He’s a midfielder who knows how to defend and how to attack. He knows how to do everything on the pitch.”<\/p>\n

    “He [Pogba] is not part of my squad, he plays at United and what he’s said about Real Madrid and his desire to come here, if one day he gets the chance when he wants to leave United….if, when he finishes his experience at United, he wants to come here, why shouldn’t he come to Real Madrid?”<\/p>\n

    After a slow start to the season under Mourinho, Pogba is one of a number of United players to have seriously improved since Solskjaer took charge.<\/p>\n

    The Frenchman has scored eight goals under Solskjaer, the third-highest of any player in the Premier League during that time.\u00a0Pogba has also completed 47 dribbles in the Premier League this season, at least 15 more than any teammate, and is also United’s most creative playing having laid on 40 chances.<\/p>\n

    Pogba: Real Madrid is a dream for anyone<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    After reports linking Pogba with Real Madrid slowly started to creep in around the January transfer window, the Frenchman fuelled the rumours with recent comments.<\/p>\n

    While on the international break with the French national team, away from the watchful eye of Manchester United, Pogba admitted Real Madrid would be a dream for any footballer.<\/p>\n

    “Like I’ve always said, Real Madrid is a dream for anyone. It’s one of the biggest clubs in the world,” Pogba said last week<\/a>.<\/p>\n

    “There is also Zidane as a coach and it’s a dream for anybody who likes football.”<\/p>\n

    However, the midfielder also expressed his happiness with Manchester United, who kicked off permanent life under Solskjaer with a 2-1 win over Watford.<\/p>\n
