As we enter the final weekend of the Fantasy Premier League (FPL) season, attention turns to any last minute changes that could be the difference between glory and failure this season.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There isn’t much time left to change your season but, whether you are pushing for the title in your league or battling to avoid finishing bottom, we might have some game changing transfers to help you out on the last weekend of another exciting FPL campaign.<\/p>\n\n

There are five key games in the Premier League this weekend, with Liverpool and Manchester City vying for the title whilst Leeds United, Everton and Burnley are scrambling for points at the other end of the table. We’ve picked two players from each of those clubs who might be able to come up trumps for their clubs, as well as grabbing you the points you need to earn bragging rights in FPL this season.<\/p>\n\n

Liverpool (home v Wolves)<\/h2>\n

He’s more than capable of stepping up though and could find the goals to secure Liverpool the title this weekend.<\/p>\n

Gabriel Jesus<\/h3>\n

It’s seems likely that this will be Jesus’ final game for City before he takes on a challenge elsewhere.
