We’re all set for the 27th edition of the U21 European Championships this summer as 16 teams from across the continent head to Romania and Georgia in a bid to lift the trophy and also to qualify for the 2024 Summer Olympics.<\/p>\n

Group A will see co-hosts Georgia take on three very talented sides in the shape of Belgium, Portugal and the Netherlands. Esperan\u00e7as will be hoping to go one better than they managed in Hungary and Slovenia last time out when they finished runners-up, losing 1-0 to Germany in Ljubljana.<\/p>\n

Georgia’s co-hosts Romania sit in Group B alongside Spain, Ukraine and Croatia. With the likes of Braga’s Abel Ruiz and Manchester City’s Sergio Gomez in their side, la Rojita will be expected to ease through to the knock-out stages.<\/p>\n

England take their place in Group C, where they will face a tough challenge in the shape of reigning champions Germany. Those two sides are favourites to progress from a group that also contains Israel and Czech Republic, with games taking place in Kutaisi and Batumi.<\/p>\n

Finally, Group D will pit together Norway, Switzerland, France and Italy. Les Bleuets unsurprisingly boast one of the most talented teams in the competition and could hand a starting spot to Crystal Palace star Michael Olise.<\/p>\n

Of course, you can also bet on Under 2.5 goals if you’re expecting a lower-scoring game, or you can change the parameters to bet on Under or Over 1.5, 3.5 or 4.5 goals and more<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Double chance<\/h4>\n

If you’re less of a risk-taker when it comes to betting, then a double chance bet is a great option for you.<\/p>\n

When you fancy an underdog to avoid defeat but aren’t confident enough to fancy them to take the victory, then you can back them double chance – with the draw included – to avoid defeat. Of course, you can also back favourites to win in the same market, but you’re not likely to get particularly exciting odds in this case.<\/p>\n

Anytime Goalscorer<\/h4>\n
