Who was the best right-back in the Premier League<\/a> during 2025-26?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The English top-flight has played host to some of the very best right-backs in the game. Most recently, the likes of Kyle Walker and Trent Alexander-Arnold have been the standout candidates, while in the past, players like Gary Neville, Lauren and Pablo Zabaleta have played key roles for title-winning juggernauts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ve used our Squawka Score to pick out the best right-backs in 2025-26, among players with at least 1,710 minutes played in the Premier League \u2014 that\u2019s 50% of the season. Our rating system takes into account a variety of statistical categories, both defensive and offensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 2025-26 season is over, and Jurrien Timber came out on top as the best right-back in the Premier League. He just about beat Timothy Castagne on the head-to-head, and it was a very close battle overall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
