Salah has been in phenomenal scoring form in the Premier League, having registered seven goals in his first ten appearances. This brings his total in England’s top division to 164 goals, allowing him to surpass both Jermain Defoe (162) and Robbie Fowler (163). He is now only 20 goals away from matching fifth-place Sergio Ag\u00fcero, who is three goals behind Andy Cole, fourth on the all-time list.<\/p>\n

He is on track to score 27 goals this season, which would position him behind only three England internationals: Wayne Rooney (208), Harry Kane (213), and Alan Shearer (260). However, if he does not sign a new contract with Liverpool, that may be where his progress stops.
