Football players come and go.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most of the time, departures are relatively easy for fans to get over. New heroes and better fits can be found relatively quickly in the majority of cases.<\/p>\n

However, sometimes a special player leaves and supporters get hit right where it hurts.<\/p>\n

So, with the summer transfer window just around the corner, which player would every Premier League club hate to lose?<\/p>\n

We asked a fan of each top-flight club to find out about whose services they want to retain the most….<\/p>\n

Liverpool fan<\/h2>\n

@BenedictSpence:<\/a> “It’s a strange one. For the first time, I can’t see any major players departing. The only one who concerns me is Sadio Mane, who, if Real Madrid came calling, could be tempted.<\/p>\n

“His ceiling is phenomenal, though he hasn’t consistently approached it. Mohamed Salah and Virgil van Dijk<\/strong> – I’d hate to lose them more – but who could afford them? And of those who could – would they be willing to go to them?”<\/p>\n

Manchester City fan<\/h2>\n

@City_Xtra:<\/a> “It’s difficult to think where we’d be without Bernardo Silva<\/strong> this season. His relentless work rate and outrageous reading of the game could get him into any side in world football.<\/p>\n

Spurs fan<\/h2>\n

Dean Smith:<\/a> “Selling Harry Kane<\/strong> would be an admittance that we\u2019re never going to reach the top level. Spurs would never be able to replace him, no matter what fee we would get.”<\/p>\n

Chelsea fan<\/h2>\n

@ChelseaCentral_:<\/a> “We\u2019re only just starting to see how good Ruben Loftus-Cheek<\/strong> is.<\/p>\n

“I believe he\u2019s the most talented English midfielder and he reminds me of a hybrid of Yaya Toure and Michael Ballack. There’s much more to come from the dynamic young man.”<\/p>\n

@TheUnitedLink:<\/a> “David de Gea<\/strong> would definitely be the one I’d hate to see leave this summer.<\/p>\n

“He’s been a pillar of strength in the dark days of transition after Sir Alex Ferguson left and one bad season doesn’t change the fact that he’s been sensational over the past few seasons. Ed Woodward should make sure that he gets a renewal and put an end to all speculation.”<\/p>\n

Everton fan<\/h2>\n

@TomClarke40:<\/a> “Andr\u00e9 Gomes<\/strong> \u2013 the Portuguese midfielder has rediscovered some of his best form on loan from Barcelona this season, endearing himself to fans so much that many would be devastated not to see him sign permanently.”<\/p>\n

@AndyLewers:<\/a> “I would hate for Watford to lose Abdoulaye Doucour\u00e9<\/strong> this summer. We all thought the Frenchman would be leaving at the end of last season and it’s the same scenario again this time round.<\/p>\n

“Doucour\u00e9 has made his intentions of wanting to play Champions League football clear and I don’t doubt he will be making regular appearances in the competition in the near future.<\/p>\n

“He’s a crucial part to this Watford side. If he leaves at the end of the season, Watford fans will be pleased for him and will wish him well, but if Watford get European football next season I’d love to see him stay.”<\/p>\n

Leicester City fan<\/h2>\n

@FIRST4LCFC:<\/a> “Youri Tielemans<\/strong>. The young Belgian completely ties our side together with his combination of neat, incisive passing and willingness to get stuck in.<\/p>\n

“His ability to break the lines has greatly lifted the burden off of James Maddison, and his excellent timing of the pass and vision to spot openings have been hugely beneficial for Jamie Vardy.<\/p>\n

“Two goals and three assists in nine games is a hell of a start, sign him up please Leicester!”<\/p>\n
