West Ham full player ratings for FIFA 20

West Ham United haven’t had the best 2019/20, sitting outside the relegation zone only on goal difference.

This comes despite their good start to the campaign, with Manuel Pellegrini eventually giving way to David Moyes much to the annoyance of Hammers fans.

But on FIFA 20 they aren’t a bad team to play with, boasting four players rated 80+, providing a different option than the standard 5-star teams. So, who are their biggest stars?

West Ham FIFA 20 ratings: Goalkeepers

Lukasz Fabianski is a very reliable goalkeeper for West Ham, one some consider to be underrated by football fans – and maybe those at EA Sports. The Polish shot-stopper has an overall rating of 81 for FIFA 20, while deputy Darren Randolph registers a 75.

West Ham FIFA 20 ratings: Defenders

West Ham’s defence is nothing to really shout about on FIFA 20, but it is certainly not bad. Issa Diop top scores with a rating of 76, but the likes of Angelo Ogbonna, Fabian Balbuena, Arthur Masuaku and Aaron Cresswell represent options of 76 or higher.

Player to poach: In terms of young stars with big potential, West Ham aren’t very blessed on FIFA 20. But Issa Diop is certainly a more established star you’ll want to be signing for your own team. The defender can rise as high as 86 from his initial rating of 78, becoming a top tier centre-back, albeit not a world beater.

West Ham FIFA 20 ratings: Midfielders

In West Ham’s midfield sits their joint-best player in FIFA 20, with Felipe Anderson 82-rated, keeping his rating from FIFA 19. He’s joined by January signing Tomas Soucek in being rated 80 or higher, while Declan Rice’s 78 will continue to rise as the years roll on.

Player to poach: While Declan Rice will be one for the biggest clubs, this is for those who use the lower league teams. Teenager Louie Watson starts the game at a measly rating of 58, perfectly achievable if the budget is right. But he can reach 67 – a swing of nine – turning into good player in the lower levels.

West Ham FIFA 20 ratings: Forwards

West Ham’s defence and midfield are stacked, but their attacking is threadbare with just three recognised forwards to choose from. The standout name is, of course, summer signing Sebastien Haller, who brought a rating of 83 with him following a good season with Eintracht Frankfurt.

Player to poach: Albian Ajeti hasn’t featured much for West Ham, but the Swiss forward could be a good signing for you. Starting with a rating of 74, Ajeti can reach 82 if used right – turning into a striker player for the mid-table Premier League clubs or those teams around the world of similar level.
