PSG have already secured the Ligue 1 title and come into the final game of the season with nothing on the line except pride. They take on Metz, who will desperate for a win to try and keep their Ligue 1 status in the balance for at least a short while longer. The side know that a loss here, coupled with a win or draw for St-Etienne against Nantes, will relegate the side to Ligue 2 once again.

For PSG this game could bear huge significance on their future with it potentially being the last time Kylian Mbappe is seen in the blue of the Parisian side. He’s been linked with a move to Real Madrid and his future has come to a head, with his contract in France nearing it’s end.

Both PSG and Real Madrid have offered him a deal and, according to his mother at least, the decision between the two clubs rests squarely with Mbappe.

“We have an agreement with both Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain. Kylian will now decide”, she told koraplus.com, “The two offers from PSG and Real Madrid are almost identical. It’s up to Kylian now, he will make a decision”.

If this is the last time Mbappe features for PSG, he’ll certainly leave having left his mark on the side. He’s scored 168 goals in 216 appearances in all competitions, has won four Ligue 1 titles and is a World Cup winner, making it obvious why two of the biggest clubs in world football are fighting it out for the 23 year old.
