Inter Milan vs Udinese build-up, previous line-ups & injury news:
An impressive 20-match unbeaten streak (16 wins and four draws) came to an end last weekend. Inter Milan visited former champions Juventus who ran out narrow 3-2 winners in a game that saw both teams end with 10 men. It was the Nerazzurri’s first loss on the road since earlier this year when Sampdoria inflicted a 2-1 defeat on them. It’s a completely different story at the San Siro with Inter boasting a ruthless 15-game winning run coming into Serie A’s final matchday. During this aforementioned period Conte’s men bagged 41 goals whilst conceding 10 times.
Momentum is not on Udinese’s side when they visit Italy’s new football champions. Luca Gotti’s side have lost three of their previous four league outings whilst subsequently picking up just one point from those outings. In fact Le Zebrette goes into this weekend’s game against Inter with just two wins recorded across eight previous away games. That being said on their last San Siro visit they held Milan to a 1-1 draw though it could have been more as Franck Kessié equalised for the hosts from the spot in the 90th minute.
- Inter Milan (vs Juventus): Handanovic; Skriniar, Bastoni, De Vrij; Hakimi, Barella, Eriksen, Brozovic*, Darmian*; Lukaku, Martínez.
- Udinese (vs Sampdoria): Musso; Zeegelaar, Bonifazi, Becão; Molina, Makengo, De Paul, Walace, Stryger Larsen; Pereyra, Okaka.
Matteo Darmian and Marcelo Brozovic misses out for the champions through suspension while Aleksandar Kolarov is ruled out after sustaining a back injury. As for Udinese they are missing no fewer than seven players due to respective injuries. Sebastian De Maio, Tolgay Arslan, Jayden Braaf, Ilija Nestorovski, Gerard Deulofeu, Ignacio Pussetto and Mato Jajalo are not available to boss Luca Gotti.

Player to watch: Rodrigo de Paul (Udinese)
It remains to be seen the makeup of Conte’s team with nothing truly left to play for, aside from ending their league home campaign on a winning note, and certain international players keen for a rest before this summer’s international tournaments. Udinese meanwhile are set for a mid-table finish but among their ranks is someone chasing a piece of Serie A history. Near ever-present, only missing two games due to suspension, is skipper Rodrigo de Paul who has been strong from central midfield. The 26-year-old has created no fewer than 10 goals whilst scoring nine himself. If he’s able to net against Inter then De Paul becomes the fifth Argentine midfielder to register at least 10 times in a single Serie A season (since 1994/95) after Franco Vázquez (10 in 2014/15), Javier Pastore (11 in 2010/11), Erik Lamela (15 in 2012/13), and Papu Gómez (16 in 2016/17).
