Rodrigo says he cannot “guarantee” Valencia stay amid Barcelona links
Valencia striker Rodrigo has admitted he cannot guarantee he will remain at the club this summer, amid reports linking him with a move to Barcelona.
Barcelona are said to be eyeing the 28-year-old and reports in Spain claim the La Liga champions have already opened talks with Valencia over a possible deal.

Rodrigo joined Valencia from Benfica in the summer of 2014 and has scored 52 goals in 186 appearances for Los Che, while also winning 17 caps for the Spanish national team, scoring five times.
And the former Real Madrid academy player has admitted a summer exit is possible as Barcelona wait in the wings.
“I can not guarantee whether I will continue or not in Valencia. We’ll see what happens,” Rodrigo told Radio Marca.

“Now I’m not worried about that, I want to enjoy everything we’ve achieved.”
Rodrigo could be in action for Spain when Luis Enrique’s side take on the Faroe Islands in a Euro 2020 qualifier on Friday.
Marcelino: Valencia could lose Rodrigo to “great offer”
Rodrigo’s admissions alone may not have been enough to get Valencia fans sweating over the forward’s future, but Los Che manager Marcelino will not have helped matters.
The Spaniard admitted that, though Rodrigo would not leave Valencia through choice, the club may have to accept an offer for him if a “great” one comes in.
“Rodrigo is not going to leave Valencia because that is not a thought in his head,” he told Goal.
“But, like every player of that age and trajectory, if a great offer arrives, a good one for both parties, the coach has to accept it.
“I have tried to have an important role in discussions, but in sales the coaches cannot be part of that process.
“For us, Rodrigo is a very important player, but it will be the club and the player who decide. There must be an offer that is good for both parties. The market will dictate that.”
