Pick 1. Man City (1/2) to win v Arsenal
- Kick-off: Saturday, 12:30
- Arsenal form: WWWWL
- Man City form: WWWWW
This is a meeting between the two in-form sides of the Premier League right now; only Man City have won more consecutive matches than Arsenal’s four.
But City’s win streak is currently at 10, reached with a 1-0 victory over Brentford in midweek. During that run, Pep Guardiola’s side have conceded just six goals, keeping six clean sheets while scoring 31.
Man City also love playing against Arsenal, winning the past nine league meetings between these two sides.
Pick 2. Tottenham (6/10) to win v Watford
- Kick-off: Saturday, 15:00
- Watford form: LLLLL
- Tottenham form: DWDWW
This is a tale of two Italian managers drafted in midway through the season, but Antonio Conte certainly has it better than Claudio Ranieri.
Tottenham are unbeaten in seven Premier League games under Conte, winning four and drawing three to close ground on the top four. Watford, on the other hand, have lost eight of their 10 Premier League games under Ranieri, including each of their last five.
Pick 3. Crystal Palace to win and BTTS (24/5) v West Ham
- Kick-off: Saturday, 17:30
- Crystal Palace form: WLDWL
- West Ham form: WLLDW
Despite some blips, Crystal Palace have turned Selhurst Park into a fortress under Patrick Vieira. The Eagles have lost just one of their 10 home Premier League matches this season, falling 2-1 to Aston Villa at the end of November. Since then, Palace have won two and drawn one of their three home games including a 3-0 victory over Norwich in midweek.
Games between Crystal Palace and West Ham have rarely resulted in a lack of goals as far as Premier League encounters go, with both sides scoring in each of the past nine top-flight meetings.
Pick 4. Aston Villa (11/8) to win v Brentford
- Kick-off: Sunday, 14:00
- Brentford form: LLWDL
- Aston Villa form: LWLWL
Aston Villa have been in good form under Steven Gerrard this season, only failing to beat teams in the so-called ‘Big Six’ since the former Rangers manager took over.
They have won their other four league matches, beating Brighton, Crystal Palace, Leicester and Norwich, scoring eight goals and conceding just two (with two clean sheets).
Pick 5. Man Utd (11/20) to win v Wolves
- Kick-off: Monday, 17:30
- Man Utd form: WDWWW
- Wolves form: DWLLD
The gameweek comes to a close at Old Trafford, where Man Utd will be looking to continue their unbeaten start under Ralf Rangnick. The 20-time Premier League champions have won three of their four league matches under the German, scoring six and conceding twice.
In contrast, Wolves have failed to score in five of their last six matches, with three goalless draws, two 1-0 defeats and a 1-0 victory.
