1. Man City to win to nil vs Wolves (8/13)

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 12:30
  • Man City form: WWWWW
  • Wolves form: LWDDL

Manchester City top both the Premier League’s form table and the one that really matters (i.e. the actual Premier League table). One strange quirk from Wolves’ season so far is that they’ve failed to score in all six top-flight games they’ve lost. City have the division’s joint-best defensive record so far this season, too.

2. Chelsea to win to nil vs Leeds Utd (19/20)

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 15:00
  • Chelsea form: DWDWL
  • Leeds Utd form: DLDWD

Chelsea’s form has been rocky of late but they still share the league’s best defensive record with City and, under Thomas Tuchel, have kept a clean sheet more often than not (in 56% of games).

Only Wolves and Norwich have scored fewer league goals than Leeds in 2021/22 so far.

3. Arsenal to beat Southampton (8/13)

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 15:00
  • Arsenal form: WLWLL
  • Southampton form: WLLDD

Over the last six games, Arsenal have the best home form in the Premier League having earned 16 points. Only Crystal Palace have stopped them taking all three this season so far.

4. Liverpool to beat Aston Villa (2/9)

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 15:00
  • Liverpool form: LWWWW
  • Aston Villa form: LWWLW

Liverpool betting tip v Aston Villa

Liverpool have won six of their last seven Premier League games against Aston Villa (they lost the other). They scored at least twice in all seven of those games, and are generally dominant at Anfield of late. They won all four previous home games in all competitions while scoring at least twice and without conceding.

5. West Ham to beat Burnley (21/20)

  • Kick-off: Sunday, 14:00
  • West Ham form: WLLDW
  • Burnley form: WDDDL

West Ham betting tip v Burnley

West Ham have kept up with the Premier League’s best when it comes to away wins in 2021. They, along with Chelsea (13), Liverpool (14) and Man City (17), are in double figures for top-flight wins on the road.

Only Liverpool (23) have scored more second-half goals in the Premier League than West Ham this season (19). Meanwhile, only Norwich (3) have netted fewer after half-time than Burnley (5).
