Pick 1. Arsenal (1/2) to win v Newcastle

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 12:30
  • Arsenal form: LWWD
  • Newcastle form: DDLDL

No Premier League team has picked up more points at home this season than Arsenal, who are unbeaten in their last five top-flight games at the Emirates (four wins and one draw).

Newcastle, on the other hand, have yet to win a Premier League game in 2021/22. They’re the only team you can say that about.

Pick 2. Liverpool (2/7) to beat Southampton

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 15:00
  • Liverpool form: WLDWW
  • Southampton form: LWWDW

Southampton have gone goalless in all of their five most recent visits to Anfield in this competition. They are pointless in their last four trips there, too. Liverpool remain unbeaten at home in 2021/22 while the Saints have won just once on the road all season.

Pick 3. Brighton (21/20) to beat Leeds Utd

  • Kick-off: Saturday, 17:30
  • Brighton form: LDDLD
  • Leeds Utd form: LDWDL

Brighton are the dominant team in this fixture’s recent history, with eight wins out of nine. Last season, they beat Leeds home and away in the top flight without conceding. Of the six away games Leeds have played in the Premier League in 2021/22, they have picked up one win (against 19th-place Norwich City).

Pick 4. Man City (3/10) to win v West Ham

  • Kick-off: Sunday, 14:00
  • Man City form: WWLWW
  • West Ham form: LWWWW

Not since September 2015 have West Ham won a Premier League game against Manchester City. That’s seven years and 11 games, nine of which they lost. The reigning champions have also won more home games in the Premier League than anyone else across 2021 (13).

Pick 5. Spurs v Burnley

  • Kick-off: Sunday, 14:00
  • Spurs form: WDLLW
  • Burnley form: DDWDL

Spurs have won four of their five most recent games against Burnley, who have taken three points in just two Premier League games at Turf Moor in 2021.
