Palmeiras wonderkid Endrick has expressed his admiration for Real Madrid, just one of the many clubs thought to be in a continental tug-of-war for his signature.
The 15-year-old has exploded onto the scene as the latest Brazilian sensation to turn heads and generate fervent attention — and all this before he’s even played a single professional game for Palmeiras.
The teenager already has over 700,000 followers on Instagram and has been endorsed by Nike before he’s even put pen-to-paper on a professional contract with Palmeiras, which he cannot do until his 16th birthday.

Indeed he’s one of the most hyped-up youngsters in football right now, which can largely be attributed to his recent performances at the Copinha, also known as the Sao Paulo Youth Cup, which attracts some of the biggest scouts in the game given its track record.

He added: “I like and I identify with [Kylian] Mbappe, as he is young and because I have his characteristics.
“Vinicius Junior is also in spectacular form and he sent me his shirt. I support him a lot, also I want Real Madrid to win another Champions League.
