Can the World Cup’s most decorated team, Brazil, taste glory again at Qatar 2022?

After reaching three straight World Cup finals between 1994 and 2002, Brazil have been knocked out in the quarter-finals in three of the last four tournaments and suffered an embarrassing 7-1 semi-final defeat to Germany in 2014.

Since the 2018 World Cup, Tite’s side have lost just one of their 30 competitive games, keeping an incredible 22 clean sheets and averaging 2.2 goals per game.

Can the five-time champions bring back the glory days in Qatar?

Brazil to win 2022 World Cup odds

Brazil are currently 9/2 favourites to win the 2022 World Cup.

The Seleção finished top of their qualifying group, winning 14 of their 17 games and going the whole campaign unbeaten whilst scoring more (40) and conceding fewer goals (5) than any other South American side – though they do still have game left to play against Argentina, a mere formality.

Brazil have qualified for every single World Cup tournament since the inaugural tournament in 1930, winning the tournament a record five times.
