Olympiacos will have high expectations about EuroLeague this season and they really need to kick on. The Greek side finished as runners up last season to Real Madrid having finished top of the regular season table. It’s a disappointing placement for Zalgiris given they started the season with three wins from their opening four games, only losing in round three to Real Madrid. But after racking up their third win, Zalgiris went on a four-game losing streak, beaten by Valencia, LDLC ASVEL, Anadolu Efes and Panathinaikos. The losing streak did come to an end last time out thanks the narrowest of victories over Bayern Munich.
