With Australia already through to their second consecutive final — having not gone so far since winning the tournament in 2003 — Italy and Serbia will now do battle to complete the showdown.

Powered by a rather fired-up Novak Djokovic, who gave plenty of stick to opposing supporters after beating Cameron Norrie in his nation’s win over Great Britain, Serbia’s only defeat so far came against the Czech Republic in the groups after they’d already secured passage into the quarter-finals with opening 3-0 wins over South Korea and Spain.
This is arguably the biggest clash of the tournament so far, with many tipping the winner to go on and lift the trophy.
