England look to make it back-to-back wins at the Cricket World Cup when they face Afghanistan in Delhi on Sunday (9.30am BST).

The reigning champions have endured a mixed start to the tournament. They launched their title defence with a commanding nine-wicket defeat against New Zealand, but responded with a dominant 137-run victory over Bangladesh.

Meanwhile, Afghanistan have suffered successive eight-wicket defeats against India and Bangladesh – both of which came with 90 or more balls remaining.

England vs Afghanistan Betting Tips

Dawid Malan led the way as England got their first win on the board last time out.

His impressive 140 from 107 balls was the second-highest score at this World Cup after Devon Conway’s 152 not out for New Zealand against the English.

Reece Topley is another player looking to build on momentum from a positive performance against Bangladesh.

The Surrey bowler recorded one of the best bowling figures of the tournament so far with 4/43 from 10 overs.
