England look to get their Cricket World Cup title defence back on track when they face Bangladesh in Dharamsala on Tuesday (6am BST).

The reigning champions were simply no match for New Zealand, who successfully chased down their total of 282 for a nine-wicket victory.

And they will be desperate to respond against Bangladesh, who will also be playing their second game after launching their campaign against Afghanistan on Saturday.

Bangladesh vs England Betting Tips

Dawid Malan was caught for a disappointing 14 against New Zealand, on Thursday, but he still managed to hit two fours during that period showing his ability to find the boundary. He’ll be need to at his best to overcome a Bangladesh side that dispatched Afghanistan with ease and, if he maintains position, the 4.5 line could be one that he surpasses fairly easily.

Najmul Shanto looked to be in imperious form against Afghanistan, finishing on 59 not out and he’ll be keen to deliver again against England. He’ll likely line up fourth in the order but with England’s bowlers firing at the moment, there could be a quick entry for Shanto. Backing him to be the top Bangladeshi batsman could well be profitable, especially at a generous 4/1.
