The top seeds, the Nuggets are just one win away from only their fifth appearance in the Western Conference finals.

Two-time MVP Nikola Jokic inspired them to victory in game five with 29 points, 13 rebounds and 12 assists.

Although, it is worth noting they have only prevailed once in their last seven games on the road.

That will encourage Phoenix, who are 4-1 at home in the post-season. Despite defeat last time out, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant are in fine scoring form.
