Manchester United fans are a demanding bunch; nothing less than silverware will do at Old Trafford.

David Moyes found that out the hard way and was relieved of his managerial duties just 10 months after succeeding Sir Alex Ferguson.

Jose Mourinho, meanwhile, got his hands on a couple of trophies but ended up getting the boot for failing to mount a serious Premier League title bid.

Both men – perhaps understandably – probably feel that they were a little bit hard done by during their respective spells at the Theatre of Dreams.

At the other end of the scale, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now at the wheel and has managed to re-unite the club courtesy of a series of impressive performances.

Despite a 1-0 defeat to Barcelona, the feelgood factor doesn’t look like it’s going to go away anytime soon.

However, if things suddenly went pear shaped for the Norwegian, which former manager would United fans be willing to take back?

Being caught between the devil and deep blue sea is not a great position to be in – but it certainly made for some creative answers. And yes, just mentioning their names made a few supporters shudder in fear.

Watch the video at the top of the article to hear United fans tackle all the big questions – and a few obscure ones – doing the rounds at Old Trafford.
