Manchester City were dominant in England last season, sealing a domestic treble of the Premier League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

Pep Guardiola’s side haven’t exactly done that this season, although they did win the Carabao Cup for a third consecutive season and remain in the hunt for the Champions League.

And they have some squad to do so. On FIFA 20, City are rated five stars, and boast an impressive 11 players with an overall rating of 85 or higher. But who are these players?

We’ve got you covered. Read on for Manchester City’s FIFA 20 player ratings and stats in full, as well as some tips.

Squad list is based on players in latest downloadable update at time of publication.

Manchester City FIFA 20 ratings: Goalkeepers

Ederson had a wonderful season in 2018/19 and his FIFA 20 rating shows it. The Brazilian is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League with a rating of 88, only bettered by Allison and David de Gea. City can also call upon the likes of Claudio Bravo and Scott Carson on FIFA.

Manchester City goalkeeper ratings for FIFA 20: Ederson (88), Claudio Bravo (77), Scott Carson (71), Gavin Bazunu (59), Daniel Grimshaw (58).

Manchester City’s FIFA 20 ratings: Defenders

In real life, Manchester City have suffered with some defensive problems, based around injuries to key players. But on FIFA 20 right now, everything is rosey. The defending Premier League champions boast the likes of 87-rated Aymeric Laporte and converted centre-back Fernandinho, who comes with a rating of 85.

Player to poach: Eric Garcia has been given 268 minutes of Premier League action for Manchester City this season. But in FIFA 20 Career Mode there is a chance the centre-back will be available to move elsewhere due to lack of playing time. This is where you swoop in for the 69-rated centre-back, growing him to 85 to either use in a decent team, or sell for a profit.

Manchester City defender ratings for FIFA 20: Aymeric Laporte (87), Fernandinho (85), Kyle Walker (83), Joao Cancelo (83), John Stones (82), Benjamin Mendy (80), Nicolas Otamendi (80), Oleksandr Zinchenko (79), Eric Garcia (69), Alpha Dionkou (62), Taylor Harwood-Bellis (60).

Manchester City FIFA 20 ratings: Midfielders

What a midfield. City have four players rated 84 and above but only really have three slots to put them in for FIFA 20 – such is their attacking talent. So who do you pick? 91-rated Kevin De Bruyne, the best player in the Premier League? What about 88-rated David Silva, the Spanish magician?

Player to poach: Phil Foden, obviously. There was never going to be a better option, with the young midfielder rising as high as 90 in career mode if used right – a jump of 13 from his initial rating of 77. Maybe you can play him more often than Guardiola currently does.

Manchester City midfielder ratings for FIFA 20: Kevin De Bruyne (91), David Silva (88), Rodri (85), Ilkay Gundogan (84), Phil Foden (77), Mix Diskerud (72), Felix Nmecha (63), Adrian Bernabe (62), Tommy Doyle (62), Iker Pozo (57), Collins Tanor (54).

Manchester City FIFA 20 ratings: Forwards

If you thought Man City’s midfield was good, their attack is on another level. Ranging from 90-rated Sergio Aguero to 82-rated Gabriel Jesus with the likes of Raheem Sterling (89) in between, we don’t envy anyone trying to pick their attacking trio from this lot.

Manchester City forward ratings for FIFA 20: Sergio Aguero (90), Raheem Sterling (89), Bernardo Silva (87), Leroy Sane (86), Riyad Mahrez (85), Gabriel Jesus (82).
