Juventus, or Piemonte Calcio as they are referred to in FIFA 20, are embarking on a new era under Maurizio Sarri.

The former Chelsea manager returned to Serie A over the summer to succeed Massimiliano Allegri in the Old Lady dugout.

His task of bringing European glory back to Turin will not be simple, but as things stand they are upholding the benchmark of winning Serie A, currently leading the table.

The Italian powerhouse has kept a five-star rating for the fifth year running in FIFA, while Sarri has the luxury of calling upon some of the best players in their positions for his default 4-3-3 set-up.

So, who do these ratings belong to, and what about the rest of the squad? We’ve got you covered. Read on for Juventus’ – or Piemonte Calcio’s – FIFA 20 player ratings and stats in full, as well as some tips.

Squad list is based on players in latest downloadable update at time of publication.

Juventus FIFA 20 ratings: Goalkeepers

Wojciech Szczesny was a more-than adequate heir to Gianluigi Buffon’s throne last season as the Bianconeri legend enjoyed a season-long sojourn in Paris, having a boost to his rating at 87. That said, Buffon is now back at the Allianz Stadium and ranks at 83, which is now less than double his age of 42.

Juventus goalkeeper ratings for FIFA 20: Wojciech Szczesny (87), Gianluigi Buffon (83), Carlo Pinsoglio (72).

Juventus FIFA 20 ratings: Defenders

Renowned for their world class backline, Juventus added to the illustrious list of defenders who have donned the famous black and white of the club when they signed Ajax captain Matthijs de Ligt for £67.8m in the summer. The 20-year-old bulwark hasn’t quite been able to match Giorgio Chiellini’s 88 rating, but he does rank a very decent at 85 and has the potential to grow to a 93-rated centre-back.

Player to poach: Among the mega signings made by Juve across the summer, one that perhaps went under the radar to a certain degree was Merih Demiral, with the Turkish centre-back completing a £16.1m move from Sassuolo. The 22-year-old is anything but a guaranteed starter in Turin as he starts off with a rating of 77, but if given game time, he could develop into an 86-rated defender.

Juventus defender ratings for FIFA 20: Giorgio Chiellini (88), Leonardo Bonucci (86), Alex Sandro (85), Matthijs de Ligt (85), Daniele Rugani (82), Danilo (79), Mattia De Sciglio (77), Merih Demiral (77).

Juventus FIFA 20 ratings: Midfielders

As if Juventus’ midfield wasn’t good enough already, the Serie A giants decided to do what they do best in the summer and plunder the ranks of their European rivals, luring key players to Turin on a free transfer. The likes of Dani Alves, Sami Khedira, Kingsley Coman, Paul Pogba and Andrea Pirlo have all been signed for nothing in the past and this time around Ramsey and Rabiot opted to join those stellar names.

Player to poach: There is one standout name to poach among the elite-level quality in Juve’s midfield and that is the lowest rated one: Rodrigo Bentancur. The Uruguayan is the lowest-rated midfielder at 80, so could very well be snatched from the club, but even if Juve demand a high fee for his services, bite their hand off as he could progress to an 89-rated player.

Juventus midfielder ratings for FIFA 20: Miralem Pjanic (86), Blaise Matuidi (84), Douglas Costa (84), Sami Khedira (83), Juan Cuadrado (83), Aaron Ramsey (83), Federico Bernardeschi (82), Adrien Rabiot (82), Rodrigo Bentancur (80).

Juventus FIFA 20 ratings: Forwards

Cristiano Ronaldo dropped from a base rating of 94 to 93 this year, but he’s still the best striker in the game, while Paulo Dybala and Gonzalo Higuain offer very lethal support through the middle at 87 and 85 respectively.

Juventus forward ratings for FIFA 20: Cristiano Ronaldo (93), Paulo Dybala (87), Gonzalo Higuain (85).
