Have you ever wondered how Hashtag United balance running a non-league football club and a successful YouTube channel?

Combining the two in order to stay on top of events both on and off the pitch is no mean feat and requires plenty of work behind the scenes.

From the social media gurus capturing the players in action to the kitman and PA announcer, everybody has to muck in on matchdays to keep things running smoothly.

We spoke to some of the key figures at the club to find out what is helping to drive Hashtag United’s success – which is proving to be anything but a fluke.
