The eight-time European champions walked Group B in perfect fashion, with Martina Voss-Tecklenburg’s side winning all three of their games without conceding, scoring nine goals in the process, including a convincing 2-0 win over Spain. Austria, meanwhile, finished as runners-up in Group A to hosts England, beating Northern Ireland and Norway to book their ticket in the knockouts.
