With the Bundesliga returning, the relegation battle continues as Fortuna Dusseldorf host Paderborn.
Fortuna currently occupy the relegation play-off spot and are four points behind 15th-placed Mainz with nine games to go. Things don’t look any rosier for Paderborn, who sit bottom of the table and six points behind Fortuna.
With just 27 points to play for, every game without a win moves Paderborn one step closer to relegation and a defeat to Fortuna would go some way to confirming their fate.

Ones to watch
Fortuna Dusseldorf: Erik Thommy
Despite their lowly position in the table, Fortuna have not struggled for goalscorers. Their most prolific in the Bundesliga this season so far is Rouwen Hennings (11), but the German striker has not found the net since before the winter break. Amid this poor patch, Erik Thommy has stepped up.
The 25-year-old midfielder scored three times in his past four Bundesliga matches to help Fortuna get their season back on track. Those goals helped the side accrue five points from a possible 12, including a 2-0 win over seventh-placed Freiburg.
Thommy has also provided four assists, more than any other Fortuna player, so one way or another could be key to the side in breaking through Paderborn’s defence this weekend.
Key stat: Only Rouwen Hennings (11) has scored more Bundesliga goals for Fortuna Dusseldorf this season than Erik Thommy (5).
Paderborn: Dennis Srbeny
Only two sides have scored fewer goals in the Bundesliga than Paderborn’s 30 this season, so it was understandable when the club dipped into the market in January to try and remedy their problem.
Dennis Srbeny was deemed the man capable of solving Paderborn’s problems in front of goal, with the striker joining on a two-and-a-half-year deal from Premier League club Norwich City.
A man with Paderborn history, having initially joined Norwich from the German club, Srbeny’s return has been excellent. He has four goals in eight Bundesliga appearances so far, with only Streli Mamba (five) managing more this season. However, he will want to shake off his record of losing all four Bundesliga games in which he has scored.
Key stat: Dennis Srbeny has averaged 0.68 goals per 90 minutes in the Bundesliga this season, better than any other Paderborn player.
Fortuna are still without number one goalkeeper Zack Steffen, the Manchester City loanee picking up another knee injury in training having only just returned. Dawid Kownacki is also absent after undergoing surgery earlier in the year, which is expected to keep him out for the remainder of the season.
Confirmed XI: Kastenmeier; Zimmermann, Ayhan, Hoffman, Gießelmann, Suttner; Berisha, Stoger, Sobottka, Thommy; Karaman.

Winger Christopher Antwi-Adjei has shaken off a thigh problem and starts here but Paderborn will still be without Streli Mamba, who was ruled out for the season with a knee injury.
Confirmed XI: Zingerle; Drager, Hunemeier, Schonlau, Collins; Proger, Gjasula, Vasiliadis, Antwi-Adjej; Jastrzembski; Srbeny.
Although Paderborn have historically done well against Fortuna, including a win earlier in the season, the home side have improved since then and look to be in a good patch.
Fortuna have lost just one of their six Bundesliga games under Uwe Rosler, although four of those have been draws. But expect them to get their second win against a Paderborn side really struggling for form.
