Having already qualified for Euro 2024 with an unbeaten record so far, winning five and drawing two, Belgium will be hoping to keep up momentum in their friendly with Serbia before they try and top their group against Azerbaijan next week. Domenico Tedesco’s side are currently on a nine game unbeaten run since a 2-0 defeat to Morocco at the 2022 World Cup, including a 3-2 away win over Germany.

A 1-1 draw was awarded in their last match however, after their qualifying game with Sweden was abandoned at half-time after a fatal shooting nearby in Brussels where two Swedes were killed.

Serbia, meanwhile, still have a crucial Euro 2024 qualifier with Bulgaria to come as they battle it out with Hungary and Montenegro in Group G. Having lost both of their recent matches against Hungary inbetween victories over Lithuania and Montenegro themselves, their is still a chance of not making Euro 2024, with Montenegro sitting five points behind them with a game in hand.

Jan Vertonghen and Amadou Onana are both doubts so may not be risked with their qualifier against Azerbaijan on the horizon, while Kevin De Bruyne remains a big name out.
