Norwich vs Olympiacos match preview:

Norwich City are preparing for another season in the Championship with their final pre-season friendly against Olympiacos. The Canaries were relegated from the Premier League in 2022 but finished 13th in the Championship last season, quite a bit away from the play-off spots. So now attention turns to a new quest for a return to the top flight. The summer has seen Norwich say goodbye to Teemu Pukki who has moved to MLS club Minnesota United, with Ashley Barnes coming in from Burnley to replace him. Also arriving at Carrow Road are the likes of Christian Fassnacht, Jack Stacey, Shane Duffy and Borja Sainz, with Bali Mumba, Kieran Dowell and Danel Sinani among those going the other way.

Olympiacos, meanwhile, start their competition campaign with the Europa League in just under two weeks’ time, with this being their final pre-season friendly. The Greek side have already beaten British opposition in pre-season, winning 3-1 against Rangers at Ibroz in midweek. So far this summer, Olympiacos have signed Vicente Iborra and Quini, while saying goodbye to Henry Onyekuru and Cedric Bakambu among others.
