Bundesliga last season, where they recorded the biggest away win of the season (0-6 vs Regensburg), Karlsruher will be hoping this is the season they finally get promoted back to the German top-flight after being relegated from the Bundesliga in 2009. Christian Eichner is the man tasked with promotion, but his side have flip-flopped from top half and bottom half finishes since their promotion in 2018/19.
