Juventus vs AC Milan match preview:

Dignity Health Sports Park in Los Angeles, California will play host to a clash between two Serie A giants as Juventus and AC Milan go head-to-head in the 2023 Soccer Champions Tour.

After a 2022/23 campaign that saw Juve go from the Champions League places to seventh in the table after a 10-point deduction (and banned from Europe for one year), Max Allegri will be determined to get things back on track this campaign, starting with getting one over on their league rivals in LA. The Old Lady saw their opening match of this tournament cancelled after the Barca squad was struck down by a viral bug, so this will be the first chance fans will get to see of new signing Timothy Weah, who recently joined from Lille.

This will be Milan’s second match of the tournament after suffering a 3-2 defeat to Spanish giants Real Madrid in their opener, despite leading 2-0 at HT. Goals from Fikayo Tomori and Luka Romero looked to have given the Rossoneri the win, but two goals in two second half minutes from Federico Valverde and an 87th minute winner from Vinicius Junior turned the game on it’s head and gave Los Blancos all three points. New signings Tijjani Reijnders, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Marco Sportiello, and Swiss striker Noah Okafor, who traveled straight to California after joining from RB Salzburg, will all be hoping to feature.

Milan won both Serie A meetings between the two sides last term, so Juve will be keen to get revenge, even if it is pre-season.
