Chelsea, meanwhile, are in torrid form and have won just one of their four games since returning from the World Cup. The Blues are also on a run of one win from eight matches in the Premier League, the worst form in the division, which leaves them down in 10th and equidistant to the top four and the relegation zone.
Fulham team news
Fulham will be without top scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic for the visit of their rivals after the Serbian picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the 1-0 win over Leicester. Marco Silva is also without long-term absentee Neeskens Kebano, while Shane Duffy is a doubt through illness, but otherwise has a fully-fit squad for the derby.
Chelsea team news
Graham Potter does not have the same luxury as Silva and can almost field an XI with players currently out injured. The latest to join Chelsea’s crowded physio room were Christian Pulisic, Raheem Sterling, Edouard Mendy and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Both Pulisic and Sterling were injured in the 1-0 league defeat to Manchester City, while Aubameyang missed the FA Cup loss due to a back injury and Edouard Mendy fractured his finger in training. But Aubayemang is now available for selection.
Also still absent for Chelsea are N’Golo Kante, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Armando Broja – with the latter out for the season after suffering an ACL injury during the World Cup break.
However, Chelsea could be able to welcome Joao Felix to their matchday squad with the loan signing already training with his new teammates and joining just before the registration deadline.
