Brann welcomes Go Ahead Eagles for the return leg of their Conference League second qualifying round on Thursday at 6 pm (UK time).

The sides played out a goalless draw on Dutch soil last week, leaving this contest for a place in the next qualification round up in the air.

Brann, though, are the more battle-tested team as they come into this fixture on a strong run of form. Eirik Horneland’s side have won 11 and lost only two of its last 15 competitive home fixtures.

Seventeen games into their Norwegian league season, Brann sits third in Eliteserien, but have struggled in recent weeks. They’ve lost one and drawn four of their last five games played.

Go Ahead arrives in Norway with a decent away record, having won each of its last three competitive fixtures, albeit at the end of last season.
