Barcelona v Tottenham live stream: How to watch today’s Joan Gamper Trophy online
Barcelona and Tottenham contest the Joan Gamper Trophy on Tuesday at 7pm (UK time).
This will be Spurs’ second appearance following the 1986 edition (which had four teams) when they finished in third place. The annual exhibition match, which is named in honour of Barça founding member and later president Joan Gamper, has been held since 1966 and the Catalan giants are 45-time winners and current holders.
In last season’s final Xavi’s men ran out 6-0 winners over Mexican side UNAM; a game which saw Robert Lewandowski, Pedri, Ousmane Dembélé, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Frenkie de Jong all get on the scoresheet.

Barcelona vs Tottenham match preview:
The reigning Spanish champions are enjoying a decent pre-season. Following a 2-0 win at Vissel Kobe, where former hero Andres Iniesta last played, they suffered a 5-3 loss to Arsenal before registering back-to-back wins over Real Madrid and AC Milan, with this meeting against Spurs representing their last outing before getting their championship defence underway. Sergio Busquets, Samuel Umtiti, Jordi Alba and Nico González have left the club while Oriel Romeu and Ilkay Gündogan are Barça’s most notable acquisitions. Ousmane Dembélé, meanwhile, is reportedly on his way out with Paris Saint-Germain being the destination.
As we edge closer to the start of the Premier League campaign, it looks increasingly likely that Harry Kane will be lining up for Tottenham against Brentford at the weekend. The club’s all-time record goalscorer, who has one year left on his present deal, is heavily linked with a move to Bayern Munich but the clubs aren’t remotely close to an agreement on a transfer fee. If he does stay then he’ll count on James Maddison, Guglielmo Vicario and Manor Solomon as new teammates while Pedro Porro and Dejan Kulusevski have signed permanent contracts following their respective loan spells. Under new boss Ange Postecoglou they began with a 3-2 pre-season loss to West Ham before registering a 5-1 comeback win over Singapore Premier League side Lion City Sailors. At the weekend, Kane did score four goals in another 5-1 win over Shakhtar Donetsk at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
